The British Postal Museum and Archive illuminates the lives of people in the Post Office, the messages carried by ROYAL MAIL, the history we all share. It represents our history through the post.
The Postal Heritage collection is an archive of classic images available for licensing opportunities, including timeless artwork and iconic designs, illustrating the story of postal history in Britain, through many generations.
The Photographic Collection holds a vast collection of black and white photography, capturing all aspects of everyday British life in the 20th century.
The GPO Poster Collection is a dazzling selection of vintage GPO poster images available to license from the ROYAL MAIL archives.
The Postal Museum Collection includes a dedicated pillar box style guide which is available for licensing in 3D or as a photographic image. A selection of objects such as bicycles, motorbikes and post office scales are also available.
LMI are running a three tier approach with THE BRITISH POSTAL MUSEUM AND ARCHIVE AND THE ROYAL MAIL. The Machin Stamp range featuring the Queen’s head on selected stamp artwork, the Heritage range featuring posters, advertising and imagery from The British Postal Museum and Archive and the London Gift range which includes the classic Pillar Box.
